Service Return

We do not refund/return services provided. However, if the service provided was not up to your standards, please reach out to us within 7 days of your service so we can try to make it right.

Product Return

While our goal at The Dwell Esthetics is to make sure our product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment from The Dwell Esthetics, we welcome your slightly used product as a return if you had an adverse reaction within 7 days of purchase. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of credit. However, if you have not received a treatment or consultation from The Dwell Esthetics prior to purchasing a product, we cannot accept any returns (used or unused). 

Etiquette

Dwell Esthetics is a spa atmosphere where other treatments might be taking place. Be mindful of the volume of your voice when you're in the shared space. Other than that, just come as your beautiful self and be a kind beautiful human that we know you are! 

Parking

There is one designated spot labeled "Pura Derma Therapies" in the lot directly behind the building, accessible through the alleyway. First come first serve. There is also street parking around the building.
